Famous host and actress Anoushey Ashraf recently appeared on a podcast where she openly discussed various aspects of her life.
Reflecting on her childhood, Anoushey shared that her mother and aunt used to strictly instruct them to pray, even going as far as saying that anyone who didn’t pray wouldn’t get food. Despite this, they would still hesitate to pray.
She mentioned that after traveling the world and gaining life experiences, she finally understood the true importance of prayer from the heart, and without any pressure, began praying regularly. Anoushey also revealed that she recently had the privilege of performing Umrah.
Anoushey Ashraf emphasized that no one should be forced to follow religious practices or wear specific clothing. This understanding comes only when Allah grants guidance, and therefore, we must respect others’ choices.
