A groom from Bhakkar, Punjab, became an internet sensation for wearing a necklace made of currency notes, which was a gift from his brother.
According to details, the groom’s brother had a necklace made worth around 100,000 rupees, measuring 35 feet in length. It was crafted using 75 200-rupee notes and 1,700 50-rupee notes from Kotla Jam.
The wedding gift went viral on social media and became a topic of discussion. A group of people at the wedding ceremony showcased the currency note necklace. Besides the currency notes, the necklace also included flowers and colorful ribbons. As soon as the groom entered, two people carefully placed the necklace around his neck, while guests at the event captured the moment on camera.
