In a recent interview with FUCHSIA Magazine, Pakistani actor Mawra Hocane opened up about recent life events, including the arrival of her niece Jahan Aara Saeed and starring in the comedy drama series Let’s Try Love. He admitted that portraying Fiza in the comedy series was an interesting challenge, saying that the character is complex, adding, “I have never done a comedy like this before.”
Strong, but not tragic

According to the actor Sammy, his latest character, Fiza, is “someone who wants everyone to speak their mind, say their heart out, someone who will not weigh anyone down”. He added: “I don’t think I’ve ever done a character that talks like that.”

Being an aunt
Mawra’s eyes filled with tears of love when she was asked about the joy of being an aunt to Urwa Khojan’s younger sister Aara. “It’s amazing! It’s the best feeling in the world… I’ve never felt this before,” she said. Reflecting on his first moment with Aara, Chaga said, “It was very difficult to hold him for the first time. I couldn’t believe it, so I saw him with Urva.”
“You and Urwa always tell each other that now you have a third boyfriend,” he said. Amidst the joy of accepting her new role as an aunt, Maura reassured herself that her relationship with her sister would not end. “How can I ignore Urva?” she said lovingly. I love Aara but Urwa is my heart and I love her the most”.
When asked if the actor has a special name for his beloved nephew, he said that he calls him ‘Aaru Paaru’. However, Mawra hesitated about what to say to Aara. “When he starts talking, whatever he’s thinking, I want him to call me.”
Mawra highlighted her close relationship with Aara and said, “She has brought joy to our lives. The joy we have now, two families, we did not know we were capable of.”
