Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari on Sunday said that all politicians should pay attention to the “rules of engagement”.
“Today we are commemorating the 45th birthday of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto,” Bhutto-Zardari said while addressing a gathering to mark former prime minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s 45th birthday.
Praising Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, he said, “Zulfikar Ali Bhutto gave Pakistan its constitution, gave power to the people by voting, made the country a nuclear power”. Two prime ministers are elected, and the chairman of the Senate is elected.”
Even now some forces do not believe in democracy and President Asif Zardari has not succeeded in any conspiracy.”

A few days later, Bhutto-Zardari said that serving the people was the party’s top priority.
Addressing party workers in Larkana, the former foreign minister said, “Elected representatives have an important role to play in solving people’s problems.”
“Elected representatives must carry out projects considering the needs of the people.”
He said he will continue to fight for the rights of the masses.
Referring to former President Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, he said, “The Supreme Court has announced a landmark verdict in the Zulfikar Ali Bhutto case. Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was not given justice.”
